Discharged while in hospitol at Troy, NY. He was listed as: POW 9/15/1862 HarperÕs Ferry, VA. Paroled 9/16/1862. POW 12/1/1863 Mine Run, VA. (Paroled). b 1830 Ð d 9/13/1907. Buried Old Mt. Ida Cemetery, Troy, NY.
